KERI PARTY HIRE MARQUEES

If you’re not sure whether your event needs a marquee, or which size to choose, just ask. Our part of the country enjoys stunning weather, but it pays to be prepared if your event will be outdoors.

Marquees provide shelter from wind and rain, and shade from our brilliant sun so they’re a great option to make sure your guests are comfortable.

Please note, our marquees are available for hire from September to April only.

Event/Wedding Marquees

12m x 6m Clipframe Marquee

This marquee can be erected alongside a building or another marquee.  It fits up to 100 people with trestle tables, or 70 people using round tables. If you require a dance floor or space for a buffet it accommodates 70 people at trestle tables, or 60 people at round tables.

The site for this marquee must be at least 13m x 7m to allow it to be pegged down. It takes us at least 3 hours to erect and 1 ½ - 2 hours to dismantle.

Price: $1,300.00

The price includes a 2-5 day hire, delivery, erection and dismantling in the Bay of Islands area. Delivery charges apply outside this area.

14.5m x 6.4m Pole Marquee

This marquee can fit up to 110 people with trestle tables, or 75 people using round tables.

If you require a dance floor or space for a buffet it accommodates 80 people at trestle tables, or 60 people at round tables.

The site for this marquee must be at least 15.5m x 7.4m to allow it to be pegged down. It takes us between 1 ½ and 2 ½ hours to erect and 1 ½ hours to dismantle.

14.5m x 12.8m Pole Marquee

This marquee can fit up to 220 people with trestle tables, or 150 people using round tables.

If you require a dance floor or space for a buffet it accommodates 160 people at trestle tables, or 120 people at round tables.

The site for this marquee must be at least 15.5m x 13.8m to allow it to be pegged down. It takes us between 3 ½ and 4 ½ hours to erect and 2 ½ hours to dismantle.

Semi-Commercial Marquees

6m x 3m Marquee

This is a pop-up marquee which erects within half an hour. It’s ideal as a catering marquee, or for small functions of up to 18 people.

Price: $300.00

The price includes a 2-5 day hire, delivery, erection and dismantling in the Bay of Islands area. Delivery charges apply outside this area.

Gazebos

Keri Party Hire’s gazebos are self-set-up marquees which must be secure with two sets of pegs. They’re ideal for extra shade at home for kids parties or barbecues.

Please note, they must be weighted down with large water containers if they are to be used on hard surfaces. No one wants their gazebo to become a kite!

Price: $55.00 + GST roof only.

Price $75 + GST roof and sides.
